ILLINOIS DRIVER WITH WISCONSIN SPEEDING TICKET

I live in IL and received a ticket in WI. I was told the WI ticket would not impact my IL license from WI. 5 months after I paid the WI ticket, I found out it was on my IL driving record. I searched the internet and read an article Richard wrote about WI ticket's impact on IL drivers.
I contacted him and it was the best thing that I did. He was able to re-open the case and reduce it to a non moving violation, even several months after the case was closed.
