My name is Richard Albanese and I look forward to defending you in your criminal or traffic related case. I served as a Cook County Prosecutor for over a decade and have handled thousands of DUI, Traffic, Misdemeanor and Felony cases in all areas of the law. I use my knowledge of the Criminal Justice system to level the playing field for all my clients in dealing with Prosecutors and Judges in Court.

As a Veteran of the United States Army I understand the importance of protecting liberty and freedom and will vigorously fight for your Constitutional rights in court. I have always been and remain today as an attorney for the people. I understand the trying financial times we are facing as a nation and charge clients fees based only on the work I perform to prepare their cases. I pride myself on keeping clients in the loop concerning their cases and provide updates as a case progresses both in and out of court. With every client and case I outline and explain possible sentences, financial and personal costs, and consequences they may be facing and my professional evaluation of what their best course of action will be, but ultimately respect my clients wishes as to whether to accept an offer or contest a case in court.
